Cylinder activation is fingertip controlled, the more the hand lever is engaged the more the ram movement is accelerated. This allows the operator to control the proper speed for the task.

Table is precision milled down to 2.000" thick.
All four legs are precision milled down to 1.500" thick 12.000" wide.
The precision milled table is primed before painting.

The head consists of three 2.000” hardened pins per leg. These pins are positioned into the leg and head then welded in place and ground even. When the press is painted they are not even visible.

Tensile strength = AREA x PSI x No. of Pins. 3.14 x D2 ÷ 4 x 100,000 lbs. Per SQ. IN. x 12 Pins = 3,768,000 lbs.1,884 Tons.
Low pressure hydraulic system maintains lower oil temperatures, resulting in higher efficiency and safer operation.
We use large bore cylinders averaging 3,800 P.S.I. maximum pressure throughout our complete line of H Frame Presses. Most other manufactures use small bore cylinders
at 700 bar equal to 10,152 P.S.I. operating pressure.

Front safety guard for operator protection. Safety guard can be removed within a few seconds if necessary.
Adjustable stroke control c/w foot pedal-electric solenoid valve, speed control and electric control panel.
Operation of the safety kit: When any of the four guards are opened, the press will automatically go to jog mode "low pressure", unless the operator turns the key to the “on” position which will enable the operator to use the press at full pressure with the guards open.
